The Sharpest Knife in the Draw:  Building Your Knife Skills
Want to be the sharpest knife in the drawer?  Then learn how to use a chef's knife the right way.  

In this hands-on class we'll slice and dice, chop and julienne…we'll even mince - garlic, that is.  
We'll take the results of our labors and turn them into some good eats too!  When you know how to handle a knife in the kitchen even the most mundane task becomes a breeze, and then the fun begins.  

This is a "must take" course for everyone who wants to improve their cooking skills.  Tuition includes a chef's knife for you to use in class and take home with you.

2-Week Class- 2 1/2 hours each
Daytime Class: Wednesday January 24, 31, 2007
10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Evening Class, Wednesday January 24, 31, 2007
6:30 - 9:00 p.m.

Fee:  $125/person, includes chef's knife
