Be Your Own Personal Chef
If you find that your family isn't eating well. If portion control is an issue, or if you're just too tired to cook after a long day at work, you could hire a personal chef to cook for you.
Or, you could set aside one day a week - or even one day a month - to prepare dinners you can freeze now, and eat later! We'll talk about meal planning, shopping strategies, foods that freeze well, and how to freeze food safely. We'll also talk about how you can plan your cooking with a friend and share the efforts of your cooking spree.
1-Week Class

Evening Class: Wednesday, February 28, 2007
6:30 - 9:00 p.m.
$65/person includes recipe book with tips for shopping and freezing foods.
