Our Vegetarian & Vegan Menu 
Vegetarians and Vegans face a challenge when they plan an event that requires catering!  
So few caterers really understand that  vegetarian and vegan cooking means flavorful and creative menus - not a lack of meat.

At Catering by Dinner is Served we understand balancing proteins, and complex carbohydrates.  We know what vegans eat and we don't think it's a limitation. We can substitute soy-based products in many of our recipes that call for dairy.

We have grouped these menu items according to geographic areas: Mediterranean, Tex-Mex, Asian, and the course categories of Soups and Desserts.

Your menu choices are not restricted to these groupings.  Feel free to choose across the menu for your appetizers and entrees!  We will be happy to work with you to review the options and choose the menu that will work best for your event and your food preferences.  If there are other items you would like, please let us know and whenever possible, we will add them to your final menu.

For a buffet meal most people choose:
6 - 8 Hors D'oeuvres, buffet and passed
Salad or Soup Served @ the table
2 Entrees
1 -2 Side Dishes (if soup is served at the table, one side dish on the buffet can be a salad)
Dessert optional, other than wedding cake/cup cakes
